As a professional coach, educator and writer, my aim is to help others find their own paths to personal fulfilment, both physically and mentally, and to then guide and support them along the way for as long as they need.

At the core of my almost compulsive drive to seek out new adventures and challenges is a childlike sense of curiosity and wonder to simply found out more about how life works.

Education:

I was originally trained as a physiotherapist at the University of Queensland in Australia. Later, I graduated with a masters degree in health and sports science from the University of Central Finland in Jyväskylä, as well as completing additional post-graduate studies in exercise physiology and sports coaching at Oregon State University in the USA. I‘m also an Athletics Australia and International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) accredited running coach (level 3), a qualified Life coach, as well as a FAF Personal Trainer (since 1997).
